
During the investigation, it became known that S. Y. met with acquaintances P. I. and M. M. the day before his death, on January 19, 2026, around 10:00 PM. After this meeting, he returned home in a state of intoxication and with bodily injuries.
The forensic medical examination appointed in this case established that the death occurred as a result of an open craniocerebral injury, a fracture of the frontal bone on the left, intracranial hemorrhage, and severe brain contusion.
In connection with the above-mentioned fact, a criminal case was initiated under Article 122 (Murder) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational-search activities, the suspects were identified: P. I., born in 2001, and M. M., born in 1985. They were detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation is ongoing.
