- According to the press service of the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, the current purchase price for raw milk with a fat content of 3.4%, which processing enterprises buy from farmers, ranges from 48 soms.
According to available data, in the Chuy region the price is between 35 and 47 soms, in the Talas region — from 32 to 41 soms, and in the Issyk-Kul region — from 34 to 48 soms.

According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, adopted on December 2, 2024, under number 724, the procedure for establishing the price for raw milk is based on a basic fat content of 3.4%.
