According to the press service of the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry, violations of legislation in the field of land and water resources were identified during the inspection.
As a result of the inspection, a fine of 17,000 soms was imposed on the company.
In addition, for the use of surface water in 2024–2025, the company was issued a directive to pay 1,484,200 soms, which must be fulfilled within one month.
The ministry emphasized that the measures taken are aimed at ensuring compliance with land and water legislation.
