During the meeting, the parliamentarians discussed the project concerning the national anthem of Kyrgyzstan. Minister Mambetaliev shared information about the work of the commission that selected three versions from a multitude of submitted works, specifically 900.
The Chairman of the Committee on Constitutional Legislation of the Jogorku Kenesh, Kurmankul Zulushев, stated that the committee recommended rejecting all three versions of the anthem that were presented for consideration.
Thus, the Jogorku Kenesh did not support any of the proposed texts and musical compositions. The interagency commission responsible for preparing the new edition of the anthem includes deputies: Nurchamal Torobekova, Baktyyar Kalpaev, Ulanbek Zhaanbaev, Kamila Talieva, and Venera Salyamova.
