Kazakhstan at Gulfood 2026 signed export agreements worth a record $335.4 million

Kazakhstan has become one of the main participants in the international exhibition Gulfood 2026, where an impressive number of export documents were signed for a total of $335.4 million. The main partners in this direction were the United Arab Emirates and Oman, as reported by the TASS agency.

“As part of Gulfood 2026 in Dubai, a package of export and investment agreements was signed for a record amount of $335.4 million. The largest volumes of transactions are related to grain supplies, including the export of up to 800 thousand tons of grain worth over $240 million with partners from the UAE and Oman,” the press release specifies.

These agreements have become one of the most significant results of Kazakhstan's participation in the largest international exhibition dedicated to the food industry.

It was also noted that as a result of the negotiations, a total of 19 documents were signed, covering the export of grain and its deep processing products, as well as oil and fat products, confectionery, legumes, and rice. In addition, the distribution of Kazakhstani food products was discussed.

Furthermore, at the Gulfood 2026 exhibition, a meeting took place between the agricultural ministers of Kazakhstan and Russia, where the head of the Kazakh ministry outlined key areas of scientific and technical cooperation, emphasizing that Russia remains an important partner for Kazakhstan in the agro-industrial sector.
