Additional tax revenues to the budgets of EAEU countries from approved industrial cooperation projects will amount to 3.7 billion rubles over 5 years.
Since the mechanism came into effect, the EEC has received 16 applications, with a total amount of about 18 billion rubles. In 2025, five cooperative projects were approved, three of which are already in the implementation stage. Additionally, eight more applications have undergone preliminary examination by the Commission.
According to preliminary estimates, additional tax revenues to the national budgets of the Union countries from the five approved projects could reach approximately 3.7 billion rubles over five years.
Currently, all EAEU states are participating in the implementation of cooperative projects.
“Despite the existing difficulties, the initial results of the pilot mechanism demonstrated its relevance. After the approval of the first five projects, business interest in this new tool has significantly increased,” noted Goar Barsegyan, Minister of Industry and Agribusiness of the EEC.
Note:
The financial assistance mechanism for cooperative projects in industry was launched in June 2024 based on the decision of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council dated October 26, 2023, which approved the Regulation on the selection of cooperative projects in industrial sectors and the provision of financial support for their implementation by the EAEU member states.
