To obtain the exemption, a document from the authorized body of Kyrgyzstan confirming the industrial purpose of the goods will be required. This document must contain the following information:
- names of the importing organizations;
- list of processing enterprises where the raw sugar will be used.
It should be noted that the raw sugar imported under this exemption must be used exclusively for industrial processing within Kyrgyzstan. The export of white sugar produced from this exempt raw material is prohibited.
It is expected that this measure will support processing enterprises, provide them with raw materials, help stabilize the domestic market, and create more favorable conditions for loading production capacities in the country.
