At the same time, the share of the mining sector reached 9.2%, while services for the supply of electricity, gas, steam, and air conditioning comprised 10.2%. The share of water supply, waste treatment and processing, as well as the production of secondary raw materials was 0.9%.
The total production volume in the mining sector in 2025 amounted to 73 billion 355.8 million soms. Compared to 2024, the physical volume index increased by 114.2%. In December, the production volume was 8 billion 020.2 million soms, and the physical volume index was 104.1%.
The growth in mining was due to an increase in the volumes of:
- other minerals — by 40.2%,
- metal ores — by 21.6%,
- coal — by 10.3%.
However, in 2025, there was a decrease in the production volumes of crude oil and natural gas by 12.1%.
