According to eyewitnesses, the accident occurred last weekend. The girl was skiing down the slope and, losing control, fell into the ravine.
The press service of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui region confirmed the information. On February 8, 2026, at approximately 21:40, a report was received at the duty station of the Alamidin District Internal Affairs Department that a girl named A., while skiing at the "Kashka-Kulak" ski resort located in the village of Baytik in the Alamidin district, had fallen into a gorge.
This fact was registered, after which an investigative team from the Internal Affairs Department went to the scene. During the investigation, it was established that a citizen T.A., born in 2006, had arrived at the ski resort with friends to ski. After obtaining ski passes, they began skiing, during which T.A., moving at high speed, broke through the rope barrier set up at the edge and fell into the gorge.
As a result of the injuries sustained, the victim was taken to the intensive care unit of the trauma department of the National Hospital in Bishkek.
According to the preliminary medical report, she was diagnosed with fractures of both lower limbs, the left upper limb, and the spine.
A corresponding forensic medical examination has been appointed for this incident. Necessary investigative measures are being conducted. A decision will be made in accordance with the legislation based on the results of the investigation.
