In response to this request, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture Bakyt Torobaev reported that there are 186 MTS operating in the country, where farmers can seek assistance. He also noted the possibility of obtaining machinery through leasing from municipal organizations at low interest rates.
Furthermore, Deputy Zhanibek Amatov raised the issue of the need to open logistics centers and MTS in the regions, as well as emphasized the necessity of revising tariffs for irrigation water.
During the meeting, information from the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic regarding preparations for spring field and agricultural work in 2026 was also discussed.
