Loans for water-saving technologies are available up to 3 million soms, but require collateral, - Ministry of Agriculture
He noted that unsecured financing is available only for crop and livestock production, and amounts to up to 500,000 soms.
"For water-saving technologies, a loan of up to 3 million soms requires collateral, as commercial state banks cannot provide such funds without security," he added.
The Deputy Minister also emphasized that farmers who face refusals from banks can seek assistance from the Ministry of Agriculture or from farmer service centers operating in the regions. All requests will be considered individually, including the possibility of participation in other state support programs.
