According to the agency, farmers will gain access to an electronic queue through the i-Dyikan platform.
The Ministry clarified that farmers will be able to:
- register on the platform;
- apply for a preferential loan;
- remotely queue at the bank;
- track the status of their application online.
The issuance of loans will be based on specific criteria and requirements of the preferential financing programs.
The Ministry of Agriculture emphasized that the transition to a digital platform will enable the provision of a number of government services in electronic format and help reduce bureaucratic procedures.
