In his academic biography, Bekmyrza Duyshkeyev completed his studies at the Kyrgyz Economic University, earning a degree in "Finance and Credit." Additionally, he obtained a second higher education in the field of "Law" at the International Academy of Management, Law, Finance, and Business.
The professional career of the new deputy mayor began in 2006 when he worked as a teacher at the U. Jumabaev Secondary School. Subsequently, his activities were focused on the tax service and municipal management.
He held the position of tax inspector at the Chui District State Tax Service and worked in the Iskra Ayil Okmotu.
From 2014 to 2022, Bekmyrza Duyshkeyev was a leading specialist in the Municipal Property Management Department of the Tokmok City Hall.
In 2022, he transitioned to work at the Ministry of Economy and Commerce, where he held positions as a leading and chief specialist.
Prior to his recent appointment, since September 2023, he headed the Department of Expertise and Analytics at the Chui Regional Office of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic.
