During operational activities, border guards discovered that the detained individual was attempting to transport cattle from Kyrgyzstan to Tajikistan, avoiding official border crossing points. As a result of the operation, 10 heads of cattle were found and seized, which were apparently intended for illegal transportation across the border.
The detained individual and the cattle were taken to the unit of the State Border Service for further investigation and processing in accordance with current legislation.
The State Border Service reminds that any attempts to violate the state border and illegally transport goods and animals across the border entail criminal liability under the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
