The village of Saz-Bulak, located in the Tadas district, can now boast a new kindergarten named "Shumkar Altyn-Uya," which accommodates up to 120 children.

According to the local administration of Shumkar-Uya, the construction of the two-story building was fully funded from the local budget and cost 72 million soms. The new facility has created modern, safe, and comfortable conditions for the children. The opening of the kindergarten has also helped to employ 27 residents of the village.

The opening ceremony was attended by the head of the rural administration Bakyt Kydyraiev, the chairman of the village council Altynbek Borukeiev, the akim of the Talas district Baiyshbek Astanakulov, the head of the Talas district education department Turdubek Momokonov, local council deputies, and residents of Saz-Bulak.

Previously, the kindergarten in this village was closed due to damage caused by an earthquake and had not been operational since 1992. As a result, parents had to transport their children to neighboring settlements.

In the near future, in June, the opening of a new kindergarten for 75 children is expected in the village of Kenesh, and in March, the construction of another one will begin in the village of Chon-Tokoy. All these projects are also funded from the local budget.
