According to data provided by the village administration, the opening ceremony was attended by the Akim of the Talas region, Bayishbek Astanakulov, the head of the Shumkar-Uya village administration, Bakyt Kydyraliev, local council deputies, village residents, and fans of traditional ordo sports. In their speeches, they emphasized that the new facility will be a significant contribution to the popularization of "ordo" in rural areas.
This initiative to create conditions for the development of "ordo" received support from the village administration and local council deputies. As a result, 3 million 900 thousand soms were allocated from the local budget, which allowed for the construction of a complex that includes two playing fields.
The complex is named after the honored veteran of sports, the late Ömürbek Kachkynaliev, who was born in 1957 in the village of Kenesh. He made a significant contribution to the development of sports and education and was awarded the titles of "Excellence in Physical Culture and Sports of the Kyrgyz Republic" and "Excellence in Education".
After the official part of the opening, competitions were held among "ordo" players from the Talas region, during which the winners were awarded letters of appreciation from the Shumkar-Uya village administration and the local council.
