Zhantaev noted that in the Panfilov district, land plots with a total area of 3 hectares have been allocated next to the Chaldybar border checkpoint. Of these, 6 facilities have already been transferred to the State Property Management Fund. "On November 20, 2025, the Panfilov RGA sent an appeal to the State Tax Service regarding the acceptance of the specified land," he added.
In the Alamudun district, also near the Ak-Zhol checkpoint, 5.2 hectares of land have been prepared. The land formation has been completed at the branch of the State Agency for Land Resources, and the documents are under review at the district administration.
As for the Issyk-Ata district, a plot of 5 hectares in the Kochkorbaev aiyl aimak has been transferred to the State Tax Service for temporary use for the construction of warehouses. Another plot of similar size in the Ak-Kuduk aiyl aimak is currently under consideration by the State Agency for Land Resources.
In the Sokuluk district, according to the Cabinet of Ministers order No. 1180-t, work is underway to restore the operation of the "Tömönkü-Chüy — highway" checkpoint and to construct a road from the village of Frunze to this checkpoint. An interdepartmental commission has been established to deal with the exchange of land plots and the accounting of unregistered lands. In cooperation with the branch of the State Agency and the Tömönkü-Chüy aiyl aimak, the sizes of private properties are being clarified.
"The total area of land subject to exchange is 22.83 hectares, and the area of unregistered agricultural plots is 10.23 hectares. The lands are distributed according to the wishes of the owners, and plots without owners will be put on the balance of the aiyl aimak," Zhantaev reported.
