In response to Bekeshev's question, Speaker Marlen Mamataliyev promised to provide a written answer. The deputy also noted that the public is concerned about the issue of stopping the practice of seizing property from citizens in favor of the state.
“Among the GKNB employees, there are people with unusual nicknames — Vaseline, Licker, and others. How many more are there in the GKNB? Will they be held accountable? These individuals have harmed many citizens. People are afraid to approach the GKNB, as if it is a scene from a horror movie. We want to understand what actions will be taken next,” Bekeshev emphasized.
He also reminded that the GKNB blocked TikTok without a court order and asked to reconsider this decision, adding that similar content is available on YouTube.
Regarding the nicknames of the employees, Deputy Head of the GKNB Alisher Erbaev stated that such nicknames are not used in the service. “Each employee has their own rank and position. No groups in the GKNB serve and should serve,” he noted in an interview.
Furthermore, Deputy Ismanali Joroev reported on the constant inspections carried out by GKNB employees and private auditors, which caused dissatisfaction among entrepreneurs. He emphasized that the conclusions of private auditors are only advisory in nature and are not comparable to the powers of the Accounts Chamber.
