The Cabinet allowed online submission of applications for the registration of pesticides and agrochemicals
Changes were made to the government resolution dated July 1, 2013, No. 390.
According to the new Cabinet resolution dated February 5, 2026, No. 61, applications for registration and testing can now be submitted electronically through the official portal of the authorized body.
Electronic submission of applications is equated to traditional paper submission, and electronic copies of all necessary documents must be provided. Notifications regarding the status of the application and confirmation of its submission will be sent through the personal account.
The procedure for issuing the registration certificate has also changed: the document can now be presented in both paper and digital formats. All data, including the state registration number and registration and re-registration dates, will be recorded in a special registry.
These changes have been adopted as part of the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic on the concept of digital transformation for 2024–2028 and will come into effect 15 days after official publication.
The resolution was published in the newspaper "Erkin Too" on February 10, 2026, No. 9. The document is signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliev.
