Speaking at the meeting, Zhanibek Kerimaliev, Deputy Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Food Processing Industry, presented information about the draft law.
He emphasized that the purpose of this draft law is to improve the existing legislation in the field of breeding.
According to him, the changes and additions planned to be made to the law "On Breeding in Animal Husbandry of the Kyrgyz Republic" constitute more than 50%, which is why a new edition was developed.
The draft law also defines the main requirements for export-import operations with breeding products (materials).
