According to this resolution, the following will be established:
the state enterprise “Irrigation Construction”, which will operate under the Water Resources Service, subordinate to the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic;
the state enterprise “Water Construction”, also under the Water Resources Service of the same ministry.
Additionally, the document contains amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers' resolution of March 7, 2024, No. 98, in which the management structure of the Water Resources Service is presented in an updated format.
Corrections were also made to the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic's resolution of September 11, 2019, No. 468: Appendix 1 to the Regulation on State Enterprises has been supplemented with new items 35 and 36, including the mentioned enterprises.
This resolution will come into effect 7 days after its official publication. The official publication took place in the newspaper “Erkin Too” on February 17, 2026, issue 11.
