President Sadyr Japarov at a recent republican meeting held at "Yntymak Ordo" stated that Kyrgyzstan is actively opening its doors to investors at both domestic and foreign levels. Maximum convenient conditions have been created to attract capital, technologies, and expertise.
The head of state noted that a moratorium on unjustified business inspections has been introduced in the country, administrative procedures have been simplified, and legislation has been improved. Honest entrepreneurs, who benefit both themselves and the state, will receive protection under the law and support from the government.
The president emphasized that entrepreneurs should become the foundation of Kyrgyzstan's economy and a source of new ideas and jobs. "The state will always be with you, providing protection and guarantees. We intend to create stable and clear conditions for doing business, equal opportunities for all. In Kyrgyzstan, entrepreneurs should see themselves as partners of the government. Only on the basis of mutual respect can we achieve significant economic growth and ensure a decent future for our country," concluded Sadyr Japarov.
It is worth noting that the meeting held at "Yntymak Ordo" summarized the results of 2025 and gathered under one roof President Sadyr Japarov and other high-ranking officials.
The event was also attended by members of the cabinet of ministers, heads of state institutions, authorized representatives of the president in the regions, mayors of Bishkek and Osh, as well as district akims.
