In 2026, the launch of 113 industrial enterprises is planned in Kyrgyzstan, - Ministry of Economy
Among the key areas of development in 2026, emphasis will be placed on the production of construction materials, with the opening of 43 new enterprises planned. In the food processing sector, 16 projects are expected to be implemented, in the light industry — 7, in machine engineering — 1, and in the production of rubber and plastic products — 3. Additionally, one enterprise will be opened in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and metallurgical industries.
Among the most significant projects are the establishment of a waste sorting plant in the Batken region and the launch of furniture production in the Issyk-Kul region. In the energy sector, the construction of about 20 facilities is planned, including small hydropower plants and solar power stations, as well as a number of new trade and logistics centers.
As for the distribution of projects by regions, 6 projects will be implemented in the Talas region, 19 in the Osh region, 7 in the Naryn region, and 10 in the Issyk-Kul region.
In 2025, within the framework of this initiative, 119 industrial facilities were successfully implemented, resulting in the creation of approximately 8,000 new jobs.
