Rakhimov was born on August 19, 1968, in the village of Batken, located in the same-named region.
Education
- From 1999 to 2005, he studied at the Kyrgyz State Law Academy at the Faculty of Law, obtaining a degree in law.
Career
- In 1985-1986, he worked as a veterinary sanitary inspector at the Batken Veterinary Station.
- In 1986, he was an employee of the Batken Food Factory.
- He served in the Soviet Army from 1986 to 1988.
- In 1988-1989, he returned to work at the Batken Food Factory.
- From 1984 to 2003, he managed the peasant farm "Toichu."
- From 2003 to 2008, he was a mechanic at the municipal enterprise "Batkentrans."
- In 2008, he took the position of director at the LLC "Energosnab."
- In 2012, he became a deputy of the Batken City Kenesh.
In January 2017, he was nominated by the SDPK faction for the mayoral elections of Batken, and on January 20, he was elected to this position, receiving 18 votes in favor against 13 votes against.
On May 7, 2021, President Sadyr Japarov appointed him as a special representative for the issues of restoration and development of border villages in the Batken region.
On May 14, 2022, he was reappointed to the same position.
Personal life: married, raising five children.
In 2021, Mamyrljan Rakhimov ran for deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh from the political party "Isheni."
