The document was developed by the Ministry of Economy and Commerce.
As part of the project, it is proposed to repeal the following resolutions:
- Cabinet Resolution No. 155 dated March 22, 2023, "On the Procedure for the Formation and Maintenance of the Automated Electronic Registry of Factors Adversely Affecting the Economic Activities of Business Entities in the Kyrgyz Republic, and Measures for Their Resolution";
- Resolution No. 730 dated December 29, 2023, which amends Resolution No. 155;
- Paragraph 3 of Resolution No. 792 dated December 25, 2024, "On Amendments to Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Field of Entrepreneurial Activity".
As stated in the explanation to the project, its preparation is aimed at implementing Presidential Decree No. 24 of January 31, 2026, "On the Creation of a Consortium of Institutions Supporting Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in the Kyrgyz Republic," and also complies with Articles 13 and 17 of the Constitutional Law "On the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic".
If the resolution is adopted, it will come into effect 7 days after its official publication.
