The bill "On Breeding in Animal Husbandry" was adopted in the third reading in the State Duma.
The initiator of this draft law was the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers.
The information about the draft law was presented by the Chairman of the Committee on Agrarian Policy, Water Resources, Subsoil Use, Ecology, and Environmental Protection of the Jogorku Kenesh, Bakyt Tentishev.
The main goal of this draft law is to improve the legislation in the field of breeding.
The key task of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic is to create conditions for the promotion of breeding animal husbandry and to develop subordinate legislation that will regulate and organize breeding activities in the country, eliminating existing gaps in the legislation.
