Since the beginning of the year, 17 tons of flowers have been exported, - Ministry of Agriculture
According to the agency, flowers grown in Kyrgyzstan are successfully sold not only in the domestic market but also abroad, with particularly high interest observed in neighboring countries.
“Every year, there is an increase in the volume of flower exports. In 2024, 13 million 49 thousand 405 pieces were sent abroad. In 2025, this figure significantly increased to 24 million 99 thousand 696 pieces,” the official release states.
Additionally, the Ministry of Agriculture noted that in the first two months of 2026, 17 tons were exported from Kyrgyzstan, which corresponds to 213 thousand 745 flowers. The majority of this shipment was directed to Uzbekistan, which has become one of the key importers of Kyrgyz floral products.
