- At the meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh on March 12, deputy Tabyldy Muratbekov raised the issue of using remote pastures in Sary-Jaz.

He noted that due to the degradation of some pastures, farmers have to drive their livestock to more distant areas. In particular, livestock breeders from the Ak-Suu and Tyup districts are directing their herds to Sary-Jaz.

The deputy also pointed out the difficulties arising from the fact that the territory is located in a border zone. Livestock producers need to go through a number of additional procedures, including obtaining permits and paying fees, before they can take their livestock to the pastures.

At the same time, he emphasized that he supports measures aimed at ensuring state security; however, the tightening of bureaucratic requirements during the mass movement of livestock creates significant difficulties for farmers.

In light of the above, Muratbekov proposed to consider the possibility of introducing a more simplified procedure for grazing livestock on the pastures of Sary-Jaz.
