This decision was signed on February 25, 2026, under number 110-t.
The first site — "Tegermaichskaya," located in the Kadamjai district of the Batken region, includes reserves of gold, silver, antimony, and mercury. The area of this site is 6010.6 ha.
It should be noted that from the total area, a licensed territory of 4.4 ha is subtracted, which belongs to the LLC "Capital Geo Trade" under license No. 2426 AE.
The second site — "Terek-Kassanskaya," located in the Chatkal district of the Jalal-Abad region, also contains reserves of gold, silver, and antimony. The area of this site is 2946 ha.
According to the terms of the order, before starting land exploitation, the company must obtain a conclusion from the authorized cultural body regarding the presence or absence of historical and cultural heritage sites in these areas.
Control over the execution of this order will be carried out by the department for monitoring the implementation of decisions of the president and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Presidential Administration.
