From the beginning of 2026, 319 thousand tons of grain have been exported from the Altai Territory of the Russian Federation to several countries, including Kyrgyzstan.
The most significant volumes this year included: wheat — 137 thousand tons, soybeans — 50 thousand tons, buckwheat — 24 thousand tons, barley — 23 thousand tons, as well as peas, lentils, oats, and other crops.
Plant products from Altai Krai were sent to 29 countries around the world. In 2026, the main importers of Altai grain products were Kazakhstan (163 thousand tons), China (69 thousand tons), and Kyrgyzstan (27 thousand tons).
All exported products underwent phytosanitary control and fully comply with the requirements of the importing countries.
