According to the specified document, the company is permitted to:
develop limestone in the "Sulyukta North" area, located in the Leilek district of the Batken region;
extract brown coal at the Ak-Ulak Western deposit, located in the Jumgal district of the Naryn region;
extract coal in the "Kokine-Sai 500" (Western) area, which is also located in the Leilek district of the Batken region;
- extract brown coal at the Kyzyl-Kiya deposit in the Nookat district of the Osh region;
- conduct geological exploration in the coal area "Chon-Tash" in the Kadamjay district of the Batken region;
- conduct geological exploration in the coal area "Markai-North" in the Uzgen district of the Osh region;
- conduct geological exploration in the brown coal area "Kojo-Kelen" in the Kara-Suu district of the Osh region.
Before commencing work, the company must obtain a conclusion from the competent authority regarding the presence or absence of historical and cultural heritage sites in these territories.
Control over the implementation of this decree is assigned to the department responsible for overseeing the execution of decisions made by the president and the Cabinet of Ministers in the Presidential Administration.
