According to the Eurasian Economic Commission, Aigul Ryskulova has been appointed as the director of the Department of Labor Migration and Social Protection.
In 1995, Ryskulova graduated from the Academy of Labor and Social Relations.
From 1981 to 1995, she worked in the judicial system of Kyrgyzstan.
From 1995 to 2003, she held various positions, including leadership roles, in the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the KR.
From 2003 to 2005, Ryskulova was the head of the office and the first deputy chairperson of the Social Fund of the KR.
From 2005 to 2010, she served as the Minister of Labor, Employment, and Migration of the KR.
In 2010-2011, she worked as an advisor to the President of the KR.
In 2012, she held the position of deputy head of the government office, as well as the chairperson of the State Registration Service of the KR.
From 2014 to 2018, she served as acting vice-mayor, and then became the vice-mayor and acting mayor of Bishkek.
From 2020 to 2024, she was the plenipotentiary representative of Kyrgyzstan and chairperson of the Commission on Economic Issues at the Economic Council of the CIS.
Currently, Aigul Ryskulova is 62 years old.
