Deputy Temirlan Aitieff spoke at the plenary session of the Jogorku Kenesh on March 18, 2026, raising an important issue regarding the development of gravel and sand deposits. He noted that such activities cause significant harm to the pastures and agricultural lands of the region.

In his speech, Aitieff emphasized the importance of environmental protection, stressing that while economic development is of paramount importance, it should not come at the expense of ecology.

Furthermore, the deputy expressed concerns that the heavy trucks heading to these deposits negatively affect the condition of the road surface in the area.
