Deputy Suyunbek Omurzakov discussed the issue of introducing an additional coefficient for high-altitude areas, including those located at altitudes below 1800 meters, during a plenary session of the Jogorku Kenesh on March 18, 2026.

In addition, he addressed the problem of providing agricultural producers with fuel and lubricants, as well as mineral fertilizers during the spring fieldwork.

In his opinion, it is urgent to provide farmers with fertilizers and fuel at acceptable prices.

“Spring fieldwork is already starting, and farmers need our support,” he noted.
