In Kyrgyzstan, more than 100 regional development programs have been developed, - Ministry of Economy
He emphasized that the main task of the program is to reduce the imbalance between regions and to increase the self-sufficiency of subsidized areas.
Ryspaev also added that master plans have already been prepared for the cities of Kant and Uzgen, focused on addressing infrastructure and management issues. These documents are currently in the approval stage.
In addition, programs for socio-economic development for regions and cities are actively being developed across the country, as well as the training of specialists for their implementation.
For example, in the Kara-Suu district, a car assembly plant is being built, and plans are in place to launch the production of batteries and LED lights. In the Aravan district, the possibility of constructing factories for the production of reinforced concrete products and a cascade of hydroelectric power stations with a total capacity of 9 MW is being considered. In the Uzgen district, the establishment of a logistics center designed for 600 tons is planned.
According to Ryspaev, the development of regions will be carried out in three main areas: agriculture, industry, and tourism.
