In February 2026, the volume of dairy production reached 1.43 billion soms, exceeding last year's figures, when this amount was 1.33 billion soms. The physical volume index for the month was 98.3%.
Despite a slight decrease in February, the industry shows positive dynamics overall for the two months. The growing production is attributed to an increase in the processing of agricultural raw materials and heightened demand for dairy products in the domestic market.
Thus, the dairy industry continues to be one of the key factors for the growth of Kyrgyzstan's food industry at the beginning of 2026.
