Chicken egg production in Kyrgyzstan increased by 29.5% in the first two months of 2026
As of March 1, 2026, the volume of egg production increased from 94.8 million to 122.8 million pieces compared to the same period in 2025. There is also a growth in average egg production: from 28 to 33 eggs per laying hen.
Chuy region continues to lead in this sector, producing 83 million eggs, which accounts for approximately 67.6% of the total volume in the country. Bishkek is in second place with 11 million pieces, while Osh region rounds out the top three with 9.45 million pieces.
