



In Kyrgyzstan, registration for first graders for the 2026–2027 academic year will begin on April 1, as announced at a press conference by the Deputy Minister of Education, Nadira Jusupbekova, at the "Kabar" agency.
According to her, children born from January 1 to December 31, 2019, and from January 1 to December 31, 2020, will be accepted into the first grade.
The admission process will be divided into two stages.
The first stage, which will start on April 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM, will be intended for children living in the designated micro-areas of schools and registered at their place of residence.
The second stage will begin on June 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM, allowing parents to submit documents to any school where there are available spots.
"Registration can be done through the platform 1mektep.edu.gov.kg, as well as using the 'Tunduk' app and others," she added.
The Ministry asks the parents of future first graders to register their children in advance through the "Electronic Registration" system and to carefully monitor the deadlines for submitting applications.
