The buildings surrounding the Bazar-Korgon territorial hospital are once again state-owned.

According to information from the State National Security Committee (GKNB), these properties were used for commercial purposes, including medical institutions, pharmacy points, and catering establishments.

The State National Security Committee reminded that according to Presidential Decree No. 37 dated February 16, 1995, social infrastructure facilities cannot be transferred to private ownership. It is also emphasized that according to Article 44 of the Land Code, buildings and structures are inextricably linked to the right to the land plot on which they are located.

The GKNB noted that during the illegal alienation and exploitation of the properties under long-term leases, the rental payments were significantly below market rates, leading to losses for the state. After the return of the property, the lease conditions were revised, and the amount of rental payments was doubled, which positively affected the budget's income.

As a result of investigative activities, all buildings and land plots were returned to state ownership.

On January 22, the GKNB announced that during operational activities, facts of illegal alienation of properties on the territories of medical institutions in the Jalal-Abad region were identified.

This case involves 32 administrative buildings and 5 land plots that were registered as private property or long-term lease, located on the territory of the Jalal-Abad Regional Clinical Hospital (in the city of Manas), the Bazar-Korgon Territorial Hospital, and the hospital in Kochkor-Ata.
