According to psychotherapist Irina Krashkina, spring can be a difficult period for many people, as they may experience a decline in well-being during this time. Symptoms can include apathy, headaches, and insomnia.
“The spring period is hard not only for nature but also for humans, who are a part of it. Just as nature needs to renew its life cycles, people need to find the strength for a new stage in their lives,” Krashkina shared her thoughts in a conversation with RIA Novosti.
She noted that this is especially true for those who approach spring with insufficient levels of energy or vitality. As a result, they may face issues such as poor mood, chronic fatigue, insomnia, and headaches.
“The condition may worsen, exacerbating chronic diseases and causing general drowsiness. However, it is important to distinguish between painful conditions that require medical attention and general exhaustion before the start of a new life cycle,” she added.
