
A car hooligan without documents has been detained
In Bishkek, a driver was detained who, while intoxicated, drove with a police officer on the hood. This was reported by the patrol service of the police.
According to law enforcement data, the incident occurred on January 19, 2026, around 6:00 PM. The driver of a Toyota Estima, lacking a driver's license and being drunk, was operating his vehicle.
When inspectors from the Bishkek City Patrol Police demanded that he stop, the driver ignored the lawful request and drove more than 50 meters with one of the police officers on the hood of the car.
This incident was recorded in the automated information system (AIS) of the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District of Bishkek.
The detainee was taken to the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District. He turned out to be a citizen T. I., born in 1986. A protocol was drawn up against him under Article 126 (Petty Hooliganism) of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, after which he was placed in a temporary detention cell.
