The State Committee for National Security (GKNB) is analyzing publications on social media made by a man in a state of alcohol intoxication.
The security service reported that a citizen named Z.D.A., born in 1989, had a preventive conversation regarding his posts that could contribute to inciting interethnic hostility.
Z.D.A. himself noted that his statements were made under the influence of alcohol, and he assured that he would not allow such actions again.
The GKNB also clarified that relevant examinations have been appointed regarding the publications, based on which further steps will be determined within the framework of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The committee reminds that actions aimed at inciting interethnic, interregional, and interracial hatred, including publications on the internet, are subject to criminal liability.
