During the investigation, it was established that 32 administrative buildings and five land plots located on the territory of the Jalal-Abad Regional Clinical Hospital (Manas), the Territorial Hospital of Bazar-Korgon, and Kochkor-Ata were unlawfully alienated. These facilities were used for commercial purposes, including medical centers, pharmacy points, and catering establishments.
During the illegal use of these facilities and lands, the terms of their long-term lease were extremely unfavorable for the budget, as the rental payments were undervalued. After the return of the buildings and plots to state ownership, the lease was revised, leading to a significant increase in rental contributions.
As a result of the investigative and operational measures taken, the specified facilities and plots were returned to state ownership.
