From January 31 to February 2, precipitation is expected in the mountainous areas of Kyrgyzstan, which increases the risk of avalanches and snowdrifts.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the most dangerous sections are located:
- on the Bishkek - Osh highway, in the range of 198-255 km (Ala-Bel pass, Chychkan gorge);
- on the Karakol - Enilchek road, within 45-90 km (Chon-Ashuu pass).
It is important to note that when passing through avalanche-prone areas, drivers must maintain a safe distance of 500 meters between vehicles.
