As a result of an inspection conducted by the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic (GKNB KR), a fact of illegal withdrawal of land from the former machine yard, which was under the Ministry of Agriculture, was revealed. This territory is located in the village of Tamchy.
Experts from the service reported that between 2000 and 2004, this facility was sold to third parties without proper competitive selection, which violates the requirements of legislation concerning the denationalization and privatization of state and municipal agricultural enterprises.
As a result of the investigation, the state has regained a land plot with an area of 1.5 hectares, which contains buildings.
