“There is an opinion that Kyrgyzstan is actively developing and encourages migrants to return, but for those who want to do so, there are not enough conditions. I propose to create a special short number at the Ministry of Labor to centrally collect job vacancies from all villages and districts. This way, our compatriots will be able to call, receive information about available vacancies, and come for employment,” he noted.
In addition, Osmonbetov suggested developing special programs for migrants from the State Mortgage Company so that they could acquire housing in their homeland.
