Previously, Adilbek Uulu held the position of deputy director of NISI, which confirms his experience and qualifications for the new role.

It is also worth noting that the Minister of Justice Aiaz Bayetov has been relieved of his duties as head of the institute by the decision of President Sadyr Japarov, but will continue his work as Deputy Prime Minister, focusing on improving efficiency and reducing bureaucracy in public administration.

The National Institute of Strategic Initiatives operates under the President and is intended to provide state bodies with scientific, analytical, and expert support, as well as to develop long-term initiatives for formulating state policy in various areas.
