According to this decree, the authorities are tasked with developing and implementing measures that will increase efficiency and reduce bureaucracy in the public administration system, as well as improve the quality of public services and optimize administrative processes.
The Minister of Justice Ayaz Bayetov has been assigned the responsibilities of coordinating and ensuring interaction between state bodies to achieve these goals. His new status as Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers will be effective until July 1, 2026.
As a result of this appointment, Ayaz Bayetov has been relieved of his position as Director of the National Institute of Strategic Initiatives under the President, which he held concurrently.
In addition, the decree cancels two previously adopted documents: the decree "On Additional Measures to Increase Efficiency and Debureaucratization of the Civil Service System of the Kyrgyz Republic" dated March 10, 2025, No. 83, and the decree on its amendments dated September 19, 2025, No. 269.
The decree comes into effect from the moment of its official publication.
