The decree was signed by President Sadyr Japarov
In accordance with the decision of the Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek dated June 3, 2025, President Sadyr Japarov issued a decree stripping Almazbek Atambayev of all state awards of Kyrgyzstan.
Among the annulled awards are the title of "Hero of the Kyrgyz Republic," the Order of "Manas" II degree, the Order of "Danaker," and the "Dank" medal.
The press service of the head of state reported that all presidential decrees that formed the basis for the awarding of these honors have also been revoked.
The bailiff service has been instructed to confiscate the awards and transfer them to the state awards fund.
This decree comes into effect upon its signing.
