According to information provided by Suyorkul Ashimjan uulu, the chief specialist of the forecasting, control, and monitoring department of the Financial Market Regulation and Supervision Service, the deadline for considering citizens' appeals is 14 working days. This information was announced during a live broadcast of the program "Elden Sobol" by the Kabar agency.
Ashimjan uulu also added that if additional measures or inspections are necessary, the review period may be extended to 30 days in accordance with the legislation.
“From the moment the appeal is received, we begin processing it. If violations of the law or infringement of the applicant's rights are identified, we will initiate an inspection through the Ministry of Economy of Kyrgyzstan, using the "Check KZh" website. After obtaining approval, an unscheduled inspection is carried out within three working days. If it turns out during the inspection that the citizen overpaid interest, those amounts will be refunded. Appropriate measures will be taken against the pawnshop in accordance with the law,” he emphasized.
